Maddox Tavern is a stunning 19th-century Grade II listed building that was once the Cooling Lawrence & Sons gentlemen’s outfitters, who counted Winston Churchill as a regular customer.  There are four private dining rooms to choose from that cater to parties between 5 – 12 people for those all-important business meetings right through to intimate social gatherings.
For larger events, Maddox Tavern can accommodate a maximum capacity of 120 seated or 200 standing.

Guests were treated to a selection of delicious and amazing canapes accompanied by free-flowing prosecco, wine, and soft drinks which went down a storm!  The restored restaurant interior features rich majestic mahogany throughout the venue, a stylish mezzanine with a grand skylight that floods the property with piercing natural daylight. Not to forget the detailed Versailles parquet flooring and the striking copper-topped bar.
