Wonderful Communications and guests enjoyed a festive themed, virtual cooking class with Waitrose Cookery School.
Guests joined from all over the UK, Malta and even San Francisco!
During the evening we were superbly guided by Andrew and Sarah, our professional chef team for the evening.
We were taught how to make a delicious, spiced chocolate sponge.
This was followed by preparing a delightful and indulgent orange curd filling.
Our final task was to create a divine, dark chocolate orange ganache, roll and decorate our yule log.
Everything was created from scratch which made the challenge that much more impressive.
A great evening of cooking fun from start to finish and all the guests in attendance enjoyed the virtual, cooking experience.
We were all so pleased to create an exquisite, decandent and luxurious dessert to enjoy with family and friends during the festive season.
