Wonderful Communications and a group of corporate EAs and PAs enjoyed an excellent virtual cooking experience with Corinthia St George’s Bay, Malta, and award-winning chef, Marvin Gauci.
The corporate EAs and PAs joined the Zoom call from various locations such as London, Manchester, Northumberland right through to Scotland!
The chef team during the evening consisted of Stuart Chappell, General Manager at Corinthia St George’s Bay, Malta and decorated chef, Marvin Gauci and they didn’t disappoint.
During the session, we were taught how to make a succulent chicken dish with fig jam, walnuts, port and potatoes.
This was followed by preparing a tasty Spaghetti Carbonara with guanciale, topped with parmesan cheese.
Both dishes were created from scratch which made the cooking experience so much more rewarding.
Overall a fantastic evening of virtual cooking, fun and much laughter was enjoyed by all from start to finish.
This was a truly memorable experience and all the corporate guests are now looking forward to visiting Corinthia St George’s Bay, Malta in the not too distant future.
