The annual Wonderful Christmas toy party in aid of the Brompton Fountain was yet again a fantastic event enjoyed by all.
The Brompton Fountain is a charity that supports children with life threatening medical conditions who are under the care of Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS Foundation Trust, the largest specialist heart and lung centre in the UK. The annual Wonderful Christmas toy party in aid of the Brompton Fountain was yet again a fantastic event enjoyed by all.
Spencer Matthews, Lauren Hutton and Funda Onal from the hit show Made In Chelsea were all in attendance, as were a number of local organisations who came along to show their support and help donate toys, games and gifts for the children’s Rose Ward at the Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Foundation Trust.
The suave and stylish Crowne Plaza London Kensington was the venue of choice for the toy party and guests were served with festive wines, canapes and seasonal desserts during the evening. A selection of Christmas classic songs were played in the background whilst guests enjoyed all the splendour the Crowne Plaza London Kensington had to offer.
It was another fantastic turn out for the annual Christmas toy party and a staggering amount of toys had been donated during the evening, from teddy bears, dolls, action figures right through to remote controlled cars and a variety of board games. The toy party is a fabulous way to remember all those children, their siblings and their families who will unfortunately be spending Christmas in hospital during the festive season.
The evening also had a complimentary prize raffle draw where guests had the opportunity to win amazing prizes such as dinner for two at Umami London, an overnight stay at the Crowne Plaza London Kensington, wine tasting at Vinopolis and two tickets to see the hit musical WICKED at the Apollo theatre, London. The lucky winners on the night were all very excited and all the guests that attended had a great time all for a super cause.
The Brompton Fountain were so pleased and very grateful at the impressive amount of toys that have been donated from everyone that attended the party this year. The toys will go a long way to putting smiles on a lot of children’s faces during the Christmas period in hospital.
A truly wonderful event all for a super cause.
