Wonderful Communications arranged an incredible dining experience for our group of EAs, PAs, and corporate event bookers at Alex Webb on Park Lane.
It was also an opportunity to refresh and reconnect with the splendid InterContinental London Park Lane.
Alex Webb’s first moment of culinary glory came in 2020, when he was crowned winner of the popular TV show, MasterChef: The Professionals. Since then he’s gone from strength to strength.
The new restaurant residency comes following the huge success of Alex Webb’s pop-up on the Number One Park Lane terrace earlier in 2022.
Alex Webb on Park Lane is ideally located and a short walk from Hyde Park Corner tube station.
After a whistle-stop tour of this impressive hotel, its epic bedrooms, suites, meeting, and event spaces it was now time to experience Alex Webb on Park Lane and it didn’t disappoint.
This gorgeous restaurant is very easy on the eye, with a warm blue colour scheme running through the venue which is filled with contemporary art pieces that tell their own story.
We had a delicious 4-course menu that champions British produce with a nod to international influences inspired by Alex’s travels from his childhood.
All our guests enjoyed the full-flavoured wine pairings served with each dish too.
The chicken ballotine stuffed with cranberry, sage, and pork stuffing, black pudding, and shredded Brussels sprouts is a standout dish and a real crowd-pleaser.
Alex was also the perfect host as he personally served our dishes throughout the evening accompanied by his excellent team and their impeccable service.
In short, Alex Webb on Park Lane is a must-visit with stylish decor throughout which makes it the ideal venue for intimate lunches, dinners, and private parties.
