06 Mar A Magnetic Maltese Dinner With Corinthia St George’s Bay & Partners – Part Two
Wonderful Communications arranged a private dining experience in London for Corinthia St George’s Bay, Malta, Corinthia Palace, and Meet360 Events to meet and connect with a selection of corporate EAs and PAs. Kerridge’s Bar & Grill private dining room was the perfect location for this dining experience and it surpassed all our expectations. A pulsating evening ensued with a highly engaged group all keenly interested in learning about Corinthia St George’s Bay, Corinthia Palace, Meet360 Events, and Malta as a destination.
A divine Champagne reception welcomed guests on arrival and an assortment of tasty canapes such as Steak Tartare with Mushroom Ketchup, Truffle Cheese Crumpet, and Lobster Fritter were served. Once all guests were seated for this mouth-watering extravaganza, a delicious menu was created and presented for the evening.
A flavoursome Mushroom ‘Risotto’ with Deep-Fried Hen’s Egg and Aged Parmesan was a delightful starter.
This was followed by our main course which was a succulent Beef Wellington with Clotted Cream Mash, Garlic Roasted Hispi Cabbage, and Red Wine Sauce.
For dessert, a luxurious ‘Mont-Blanc’ Choux Bun with Milk Chocolate Ice-Cream and Coffee Liquor Jelly was served and went down a treat.
Delectable wines accompanied this ravishing meal and were well received by all the guests.
The vibrant atmosphere in the room coupled with the pure magic and theatre of the talented chefs on display preparing our meal from an open kitchen, was hospitality at its very best. An energetic prize raffle draw followed and had all the EAs and PAs at the edge of their seats as the winning tickets were announced.
Congrats and well done to all the winners on the night and we hope you enjoy your experiences.
In conclusion, a magnificent, entertaining, and educational evening was enjoyed by all and our corporate EAs and PAs look forward to developing their newfound relationships and visiting Malta in the not too distant future.
