It was all smiles and laughter at the recent annual bowling tournament in aid of the Brompton Fountain.
Bowling teams from far and wide gathered at the hip and trendy private Club House, All Star Lanes, Holborn, London to battle it out on the lanes to see who would be victorious all for this worthy cause.
The Brompton Fountain supports children with serious, often life threatening, medical conditions who are under the care of Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Foundation Trust, the largest specialist heart and lung centre in the UK.
During the evening it was evident to see that competition was fierce on the bowling lanes and teams were doing their very best to rack up as many strikes as possible.
Excitement levels were also raised throughout the evening too as guests purchased raffle tickets to be in with a chance to win incredible prizes on the night such as Beyonce tickets to her sold out concert at Wembley Stadium, a luxury trip for two to Malta to name but a few of the sort after prizes.
A top London DJ kept the the party flowing by playing a number of classic tracks and party favourites which were all well received by the guests on the night.
Trudy Nickels, Director at the Brompton Fountain said: “These type of events are a great idea. They allow us to have a lot of fun but also help us to raise awareness and funds at the same time too”.
All in all, a fantastic bowling tournament was enjoyed by everyone which was full of fun, frolics and fundraising too.
